Doug Welch, a fine supporter of Kent musicians, hosted his last Kent Folk Show at BBC Radio Kent on Sunday 22nd March 2020. The BBC decided to withdraw the show at the start of lockdown and there are now fears that it will not return. This must not be allowed to happen. Speaking from a personal view Doug encourages and promotes Kent bands and we have met Doug 'out there' on the road several times. He practices what he preaches. He has been brilliant with the Crows. He genuinely likes what we write and perform and is sincere in his assessment.
