One week after a well-received show at the Fleur De Lis Hotel the Crows appeared at a venue 43 yards along the road, namely The New Inn where the band have played several times before and have always received a fantastic reception from the audience. Last night was no exception as the band blazed through their own repertoire along with some rock'n'roll classics that kept the audience singing, dancing and sweating !
The band would like to thank family and friends of the band for their fantastic support and also to thank the many new friends we met at the New Inn. Special thanks to Eddie for sporting his own 'Crows' t-shirt ... you could be on to a winner there Eddie (can we order 4 please) !
The night featured an impromptu appearance behind the drums by Brandon, son of Gary, John Bonham wannabee and part-time DJ. Brandon is due to perform with the band for one show in September and made his (absolute) debut behind the kit for a crashing version of Chuck Berry's 'Bye Bye Johnny.' Well done Bran.
We look forward to meeting up again very soon.
