The Crows head towards the Lantern Inn at Martin Mill near Dover on Sunday 17th June. The Lantern is a pretty 17th-century brick pub (originally two farm-worker's cottages) in a lovely setting. It houses a small, recently refurbished bar with low beams and stripped brick and cosy corners, an extensive range of craft beers and real ales from copper-topped counter, decent wines by the glass including Prosecco on tap, cocktails, good food from traditional choices upwards, Japanese evening every other Mon (must book), friendly helpful service, soft lighting, log fires, events such as book club and wine tasting, shop selling homemade and local produce.
The band will be making their debut appearance at the venue and, weather permitting, will be performing in the garden area of the establishment. As it is Father's Day the restaurant will be in full swing so why not book a table as a treat for the ol' man !! Beer, food and folk'n'roll !
