The year 2025 provided some wonderful moments for The Old Country Crows along with the occasional disappointment as the band missed out on some shows due to bad weather and other issues.
Highlights were festival appearances at Rochester Sweeps, Broadstairs Folk, Brogdale Cider and Faversham Hop Festival along with another superb show at The Lighthouse in Walmer, Kent and The Bedford in Balham, London.
The band missed out on a third consecutive appearance at The Oval Bandstand, Cliftonville, Margate, Kent due to inclement weather. Hopes are high for a return to the Oval in 2026.
Songs from Invisible Highway featured regularly on the setlist and there were even 'Invisible Highway' t-shirts available on the Crows merchandise stand. Check them out in 2026!
And Josh Hayward came into the band at the beginning of 2025 on bass guitar duties and it has been widely agreed that Josh has bought a new vitality to the band with his driving bass lines.
The Crows would like to thank all organisers and promoters for booking the band this year and allowing audiences to hear their music. In a tough business world it is very much appreciated.

Following many years as a part-time Crow, having played on many of the band's recorded material, keyboardist Bryan Orwell came onboard one year ago in a full-time capacity. However, Bryan has recently decided to step down. Sometimes things are just not meant to be. The band and everybody connected with the Crows wish Bryan all the best for the future.
